I was born and raised in South Africa, my father a respected medium, and my mother a staunch Catholic. I was subjected to the usual dogma of Catholic school which taught me that communicating with anyone in the Spiritual Realm was simply evil and looking for trouble. As a result, I spent a part of my childhood believing that my father practiced witchcraft or some kind of African voodoo. Following an incident as a child where I saw a physical materialization of Spirit for the first time, I developed an instant and illogical fear of death yet a deep curiosity about anything and everything in the esoteric field.

My constant exposure to the Sangomas (traditional African healers and mediums), particularly the well-known and inspiring African Sangoma, Credo Mutwa, moved me to embark on a lifelong quest to figure out life’s big picture.

I pursued a career at a public prosecutor and then after 7 years, opened up my private practice as a criminal defense lawyer.  My spiritual development became an integral part in my career as a prosecutor as I was involved in the prosecution of various witchcraft trials in the rural areas of Southern Africa. I also now realize that I learned valuable negotiating skills as a litigation lawyer which has stood me in good stead for my spirit release practice.   Due to political turmoil and violence in South Africa, I immgrated to the USA in 1999.

Upon moving to New Jersey, I joined Being In Balance under the mentorship of Shaman, Jovita Wallace as the Director of Psychic and Mediumship Development. Finding that many psychic and mediumship development programs were very expensive, scarce and time consuming, I developed and introduced a new innovative accelerated program as part of the mediumship school. I believe in enhancing my own skills on a continuous basis and have studied more recently with British Mediums, Simon Key and Val Williams and have a wonderful working relationship and ongoing mentorship from afar with the renowned Australian Medium, Audrey Willey. On a weekly basis, I am guided and mentored in physical mediumship by the feisty, lovable and enduring medium, Anna Spato. I am currently studying advanced African Healing & Herbal Medicine under a Nigerian Babalawo.

Now, a co-founder of the Montclair Metaphysical & Healing Center,  I founded the Montclair Psychic School, an international school for all metaphysical studies, psychic and mediumship development and energetic healing courses, based on the principles of spiritualism. I continue to enhance and develop my training techniques which help the students to develop rapidly and reach their potential faster than they ever imagined. I facilitate both mental as well as physical mediumship development circles. I teach accelerated and innovative Reiki classes from Level I through Master at www.ReikiNorthEast.com.


As a trance medium & healer, my private sessions are focused on healing, spiritual counseling and spirit rescue. I work alone and when circumstances dictate, I work with my business partner, Rescue Medium, Lee Ann LaRocca.  At times I do pull in other healers who form part of my extended Rescue Team.

I assist various realtors and home owners, and clear the energy in their homes for their spiritual well-being and also help facilitate a house sale where there might be a spiritual impediment to a sale, such as a ghost who does not want a new owner.
